Agricultural and Farming Projects
Morning Star students are not only provided a primary education, but also learn agriculture including planting, tending, and harvesting crops. These crops not only help feed the children, but the extra vegetables are sold to help pay for operational costs. Some of these crops include tomatoes, onion, cabbage, spinach, carrots and corn. Also morning star currently has three cows, forty chickens and twenty ducks which help provide milk and eggs for the children.
Ongoing Projects
We are currently building a primary school which will serve not only our children, but provide educational opportunities for children in the outlying areas. The final school will have:
- 12 Classrooms
- Administration Offices
- Capacity of 250 children
